Anti-Travel Posters

Many cities around the world thrive off of tourism, but at the same time, are being destroyed because of it. These posters were made with conservation in mind, using bold colors, typography and design to feature the skylines of three major cities plagued by destructive tourism: Amsterdam, Prague, and Venice.

While aiming to visually resemble standard travel posters, each contains a paragraph detailing how overuse, inconsiderate tourists and unhealthy environmental factors are contributing to locals losing their culture and home found in each city.

The Illustrations were made with Procreate, and the Typography with Adobe Indesign.
